Bug Description

TripleO overcloud deployments with amphora log offloading enable (THT parameter "OctaviaLogOffload") fail with:

    Fix Octavia amphora log offloading template path

    Tripleo Ansible renamed role directories to hyphens from underscores in
    Ussuri release. Train backport [1] did not account for change and as so
    the templates file is in a different directory.
