Bug Description

AH00534: httpd: Configuration error: More than one MPM loaded.

Since https://github.com/puppetlabs/puppetlabs-apache/commit/6425cc46a841fa6ea5bb3f34b8f31d86c14e6914

We need to update THT to sync conf.modules.d as well.

    Sync httpd conf.modules.d configs

    For containers which run httpd, make sure conf.modules.d is also synced
    into the container; so apache doesn't fail with:
    AH00534: httpd: Configuration error: More than one MPM loaded.

    This is now required since:
