Bug Description

Description
===========
Using centos7 (latest) (package list commands: rpm -qa ; yum list installed ; sudo yum history: http://paste.openstack.org/show/793163/) have it deployed using KickStart file: http://paste.openstack.org/show/793165/ - undercloud.conf http://paste.openstack.org/show/793167/

Steps to reproduce
==================
A chronological list of steps which will bring off the
issue you noticed:
* I did install of OS using KS.cfg file
* then I did cat undercloud.deploy2 and executed sudo yum install -y python-tripleoclient ceph-ansible
* then I did openstack undercloud install
* then I swear alot
* then I did sudo ansible-playbook-2 -vvvv -i /home/stack/builddir/aa/undercloud-ansible-lxfmNd/inventory.yaml deploy_steps_playbook.yaml --skip-tags opendev-validation
Solving:
= then sudo yum downgrade tripleo-ansible #from 0.5.0 to 0.4.1
= then all worked

after execution of openstack undercloud install --debug it still do not add -vvvv to ansible playbooks, would be helpful! For me would save around 1-2 weeks :)

Expected result
===============
I expected to have message saying:
successfully installed undercloud AND that it failed to reset io device.

Actual result
=============
it downloaded several images, needed for step1 and done puppet config gen. And stopped at container launch step 1 using paunch. with no message.

Environment
===========
1. running train release on CentOS7 latest using TripleO from centos-openstack-train-release. Repo list: http://paste.openstack.org/show/793170/

2. Which storage type did you use?
  N/A, I think, but undercloud is a VM, which is launched on CentOS7 kvm (from base repos) and disk is an LVM volume.

3. Which networking type did you use?
  2 linux bridges, brmgmt (eth0) and brremotepxe (eth1)

Logs & Configs
==============

output from:
openstack undercloud install --force-stack-update --debug # which is not so debug with ansible... as mentioned, would help if --debug would add -vvvv to ansible playbook. http://paste.openstack.org/show/793171/ and with -vvvv output: http://paste.openstack.org/show/793172/

Looks like paunch train release has not been bumped to include https://github.com/openstack/paunch/commit/8ff14f1ff3d8fcc0366a536c731beec74e023b19.

However, it's been used in https://github.com/openstack/tripleo-ansible/blob/0.5.0/tripleo_ansible/ansible_plugins/modules/paunch.py#L172

We need to do an upstream release for paunch and update rdo packages.
