Bug Description

According to [1] the correct name of the environment variable used to override the
ansible forks integer is ANSIBLE_FORKS.
The workbook [2] is not using the right default, so we can't take advantage of this
setting.

Fix ANSIBLE_FORKS env variable in ceph-ansible workbook

The right variable to properly set the ansible forks used when
    ceph-ansible is triggered is ANSIBLE_FORKS.
This patch just fixes the variable name.
