tripleo-ceph-integration-rhel-8-scenario001-and-scenario004-standalone RETRY_LIMIT on nodeset centos-7

If i changed the nodeset - rdo-centos-7 to centos-7 (Patch [1]) the below jobs are going into RETRY_LIMIT

1. tripleo-ceph-integration-rhel-8-scenario001-standalone
2. tripleo-ceph-integration-rhel-8-scenario004-standalone
