Container updates logs are no longer logged to /var/log/tripleo-container-image-prepare-ansible.log and are missing in CI logs

https://review.opendev.org/#/c/684131/ changed container modify ansible to be log to /var/log/tripleo-container-image-prepare-ansible.log but those are currently logged in /home/zuul/ansible.log with some other logs, Looks like something after this patch changed the behavior, the behavior should be fixed.

Ignore the previous comment, yes we want to move the ansible bits out of the existing logs (for readability) however if it's not ending up in tripleo-container-image-prepare-ansible.log that would be a bug.

    Restore default log path for image prepare

    If logging paths weren't configured in handlers, use default /var/log
    for tripleo-container-image-prepare.log along with its *ansible
    counterpart used for logging the container image prepare bits.
