tripleo deploy doesn't output stack logs

When we refactored the wait for events in https://github.com/openstack/python-tripleoclient/commit/06fddc5550cd1c62e2c970e8365bfd4da95c1fee, we dropped the stdout by default. This caused the stack logs to not be shown when running under the tripleo deploy command.

    Enable stack status output for tripleo deploy

    At somewhere along the line, we lost the heat stack status output
    indicating what progress was being made while waiting for a stack to
    build. This change sets verbosity to True for the tripleo deploy command
    so that the output is always shown.
