humpf - wrong, would have exploded before.

Something changed the value of "build_repo_dir" which defaults to "ansible_user_dir" - but here, we have "/root" instead, while apparently the user running the playbook is NOT root... o_O

try a recheck... generally we don't file a bug until we have 2 different traces of the same error, sometimes it happens we have transient issues/etc.
