undercloud not created on quickstart

I ran quickstart.sh as user deployer, the undercloud was undefined. VIRTHOST was set to 127.0.0.2. CentOS 7. Can't find version of quickstart.sh but it was downloaded Sept 17 2019.

expected result: functioning system
