Wrong Parameter in the config file - standalone_config.yaml.j2 s/StandaloneLocalMtu/InterfaceLocalMtu/

For Standalone deployments, tripleo-quickstart-extras [1][2] and documentation[3] show StandaloneLocalMtu as the parameter to use, However, this is not the correct parameter and the right value is InterfaceLocalMtu as per[4].

Replace StandaloneLocalMtu with InterfaceLocalMtu

    This patch replaces `StandaloneLocalMtu` with `InterfaceLocalMtu` in the
    documenation(standalone.rst). `StandaloneLocalMtu` has been shipped
    as the parameter to specify MTU, although the correct one is
    `InterfaceLocalMtu`.

Replace StandaloneLocalMtu with InterfaceLocalMtu

    This patch replaces `StandaloneLocalMtu` with `InterfaceLocalMtu` in the
    config jinja files. `StandaloneLocalMtu` has been shipped
    as the parameter to specify MTU, although the correct one is
    `InterfaceLocalMtu`.
