[CI] collecting hidden files keep them hidden on upstream CI

Hello,

We have "some" hidden files/directories being collected during a job - issue is, they are still hidden (for instance, /home/zuul/.config directory).

Upstream apache apparently hide all files with a leading dot - while RDO doesn't have such a configuration.

In order to have some consistency, and avoid people chasing around, it would be good to either:
- get the same apache configuration on both infra
- or rename such files to ".file" -> "_file"

The first one is probably easier, but I'm not that sure it's the right to do. The second one has my preference, but will without doubt be a bit more complicated.

Any thoughts? I can work on a patch, if someone can point me the right location :).
