Bug Description
Currently on pcmk2.0 we seem to get the following error:
ay 21 14:02:50 controller-0 pacemaker-
Let's make sure we create that file inside the container so pacemaker_remote can log correctly.
Note: This only affects HA containers that have a pacemaker_remote running inside (i.e. those that use an OCF resource agent): redis, rabbit, galera and ovn-dbs.
