It seems a recent change results in some heat template files ending in .j2.yaml
Including the accurate path in the deploy command results in
Error: The following jinja2 files were provided: -e /usr/share/openstack-tripleo-heat-templates/environments/network-isolation.j2.yaml
executing openstack overcloud deploy with the .j2 removed does not result in an early error (it should! - why are the parameters not checked?)
I have no idea whether the resulting deployment is broken ... yet.

So we process .j2 files so you would still use the non-j2 filename even though it doesn't exist.
-e /usr/share/ openstack- tripleo- heat-templates/ environments/ network- isolation. yaml
