For now we can remove it from the criteria so we can promote queens.

    not blocking promotions, but still an issue. needs fixing if we want to put it back into criteria

A revert of the patch that has broken the f30 queens CI was proposed here: https://review.openstack.org/#/c/645090/

We'll investigate if we can fix the old: https://bugs.launchpad.net/tripleo/+bug/1817612 in a different way, considering that the 1817612 doesn't have an impact on the CI.
