error running tripleo-quickstart

Bug Description

Ran the below on a Baremetal.
export VIRTHOST=127.0.0.2
bash quickstart.sh --tags all $VIRTHOST

Got the below error :
STDERR:

error: failed to connect to the hypervisor
error: Failed to connect socket to '/run/user/1001/libvirt/libvirt-sock': No such file or directory

there was also another error : no acceptable C compiler found in $PATH
so ran > yum groupinstall "Development Tools"

Usually this error
error: Failed to connect socket to '/run/user/1001/libvirt/libvirt-sock': No such file or directory

Is a libvirt issue and can cleared up w/ a reboot of the virthost.
Come to #oooq on freenode if you continue to hit this.
