Bug Description

The undercloud upgrades job is failing during undercloud installation with the following errors:

2019-02-20 01:45:50 | Deprecated: Option "ipxe_deploy" from group "DEFAULT" is deprecated. Use option "ipxe_enabled" from group "DEFAULT".
2019-02-20 01:45:50 | Configured hostname is not fully qualified.

Which is legit, as the undercloud hostname is not qualified: http://logs.openstack.org/25/637925/1/check/tripleo-ci-centos-7-containerized-undercloud-upgrades/154b304/logs/undercloud/etc/hostname.txt.gz
