Bug Description
This happens in the Stein (master) release when doing an overcloud deploy and using the container-
Following the documentation [1], I tried to use the modify_role for a certain container, as stated in the documentation. However, when trying it out, ansible fails with the following error:
"AnsibleFileNot
This error message can be found in the /var/lib/
I checked the file's permissions and they're not an issue (made it world-readable just to make sure).
Given that the overcloud deploy is triggered from mistral, which runs inside a container. I think the issue is that the file is not available from within the container (given it has another file hierarchy).
In order to make this work, we would need to provide a directory that folks can use to introduce such changes.
This isn't a problem in the standalone job, nor the undercloud, because there, the main ansible playbook is not triggered from within a container, but on the host itself.
