Bug Description
The repository instack-undercloud is deprecated, but still used in previous versions.
PEP8 have new changes that make invalid escapes hard failures.
Also, there are issues with the requirements and lower constraints files.
We need to fix it in order to be able to still merge bug fixes in it.
