[master/Rocky] standalone job failed with Cloud standalone was not found.

In promotion pipeline, Master and Rocky standalone jobs are failing while running tempest giving following errors:

There is something wrong with this job, As it deploys standalone fs052 but if we check logs in /home/zuul it gives undercloud_install.log which should be standalone_deploy.log.

It might be an issue with job configuration on rdo side.
