Bug Description
This is a placeholder bug for tracking generic RUN END RESULT_TIMED_OUT timeoouts on tripleo jobs.
Once a more detailed failure is identified and that has a possible remediation action, we should link it to this tracer bug, maybe even altering the elastic-recheck filter to distinguish between them.
