disable TRACE support for apache service

Bug Description

It seems trace_enable is 'On' by default for apache[1]. Let's disable it as openstack services does not support TRACE method.

Set `TraceEnable` directive for apache to 'Off'

Openstack service don't support TRACE requests, so there is little
point allowing TRACE for apache.
