reproducer-quickstart.sh doesn't rebase depends-on patches

Bug Description

When running reproducer-quickstart.sh , I was getting failures that CI wasn't seeing, these were down to a recent patch that merged into t-h-t that didn't get pulled into the reproduced env.

A rebase of my depended patch fixed my use of reproducer-quickstart.sh

I'm guessing that for CI zuul does a rebase but reproducer-quickstart.sh does a checkout.

If this is the case reproducer-quickstart.sh should mimic zuul and do a rebase.
