The error below can be observed on many builds but it seems to not affect the outcome. Still, we should find a way to avoid it as it can do both, confusing users reading logs or hide other problems.

The problems seems to related to pip and installation of packages from locally cloned git repositories.
I think it could be caused by https://github.com/pypa/pip/issues/4759
Is this still an issue?
