Bug Description

We seem to have service profile parameter[1] which defaults to 'messaging' and it overrides the one set in the service[2]

Remove notification_driver parameter from heat profile

    The service profile has a default that overrides the one set either
    by 'NotificationDriver' parameter or 'heat::notification_driver' in
    ExtraConfig.

This parameter is not there in any other service profile and can
be removed as it's not used by the service.
