sudoers readability

Currently we have a bunch of commands in sudoers. It's growing quite fast so it's very hard to tell which commands belong to what operation

We should move all commands to Cmnd_Alias such as

Cmnd_Alias BACKUP = /usr/bin/tar --xattrs --ignore-failed-read -C / -cf /var/tmp/undercloud-backup-*.tar *, /usr/bin/chown mistral. /var/tmp/undercloud-backup-*/filesystem-*.tar
mistral ALL = NOPASSWD: BACKUP

That will help to understand which group the commands are belonged to.
