Add CI coverage for openshift deployment

Bug Description

We have some templates under extraconfig/services/* for deploying openshift and CNS/gluster - we also have an experimental scenario (009) which has been used in the past to test these templates.

We need to revive the CI testing and make it stable enough for the check/gate queue, and consider if gluster/CNS can reasonably be tested in CI as it requires dedicated block devices.

I believe we can mark this as implemented now, we have basic coverage of an openshift deployment in scenario009. The job was moved out of experimental to check queue a couple of weeks ago.
