quickstart on ovb doesn't yield a deployment

Using the standard command of:

$ bash devmode.sh --no-gate --ovb --delete-all-stacks --release master

This yields a working undercloud, some baremetal nodes, but the deployment at the end fails.

This happens 100% of the time when using the latest master of tripleo-quickstart.

I would expect quickstart to provide an end-to-end solution.
