tripleo-upgrade fails with inventory's output file awk: fatal: cannot open file `/tmp/fake-oc-hosts.yaml'

There is a typo in: tripleo-upgrade/tasks/upgrade/create-upgrade-scripts.yaml

This typo breaks inventory's output file.
Fix suffix in file's name to prevent error: awk: fatal: cannot open file `/tmp/fake-oc-hosts.yaml' for reading (No such file or directory)
