Create a workflow to properly expose the 'tripleo.validations.list_validations' action

The 'tripleo.validations.list_validations' action is called directly as an action and should instead be called via a workflow. Create a workflow to expose this action and if the logic can be replicated in the workflow, deprecate the action.

    Make two workflows from 'validations' produce output

    Now two 'list' workflows don't return the result. This commit adds
    "output" section to both of them.
