Undercloud upgrade from Pike to master fails

Bug Description

When running openstack undercloud upgrade from very recent master it fails with the following message

Exception raised: 'module' object has no attribute 'container_images_prepare_defaults'

How to reproduce:

1. Install Pike release
2. Install the latest python2-tripleo-repos (python2-tripleo-repos-0.0.1-0.20180306114928.3fb8f7b.el7.centos.noarch.rpm at this moment)
3. sudo tripleo-repos current-tripleo-dev

Closing as Pike is EOL. This was likely due to an out of date tripleo-common
