Bug Description
The default mistral creation timeout was changed 3 times so far. We started from 60 seconds and current default value is 360. But even with that value the deployment sometimes fails, it used to happen on some larger installations like 50+ computes and when UC was running as a VM. We've bump this value to 540 and we haven't seen any problems since even on large setups installed from UC running as a VM.
