[ui] nova endpoint missing from appConfig

Nova endpoint is missing in appConfig record, and therefore regardless
of nova endpoint being defined in tripleo_ui_config.js, it is ignored
by the app.

To completely avoid similar issues, appConfig should define 'endpoints' immutable map to include all endpoints rather than defining them individually in appConfig record.
