Missing centos-binary-tacker on hub.docker.com

Dear Stacker,

While trying to consolidate pike containers in a satellite registry, it seems the centos-binary-tacker container is absent from the "tripleopike" tree - the only occurrence of that one is in tripleocurrent. Apparently, it's not present either in Queens tree.

Is this normal and intended?

Note: I don't need that service - it's just ugly in satellite, and might cause some issues with people actually wanting it :).
