Hi,
contrary to what happen on upstream CI, rdo-cloud based CI jobs doesn't collect all logs when a job timeout, making it hard to debug.

After a discussion with CI squad, it happears that we will have to wait for rdo infra to switch to zuulv3.
No need to track it there.
