    Resolve CI issues

    * update prettier dependency to version which works with npm5
      [MIT] https://github.com/prettier/prettier
    * remove favicons-webpack-plugin

    * autofix linting errors to make tests pass
    * add simple favicon using html-webpack-plugin
    * remove unused .gitignore lines
