Resolve CI issues
* update prettier dependency to version which works with npm5 /github. com/prettier/ prettier webpack- plugin

* remove favicons-
* autofix linting errors to make tests pass
* add simple favicon using html-webpack-plugin
* remove unused .gitignore lines
