This has nothing to do with subunit2junitxml, but with the case that stackviz data are being gzipped: http://logs.openstack.org/95/508195/11/check/tripleo-ci-centos-7-scenario002-multinode-oooq-container/c1f1ee7/logs/stackviz/data/

This happened before, and I had a patch to fix it, I'll check what happened.

The stackviz seems to be fixed now, I don't know exactly what happened, and it was on the devstack-gate side.

Closing this bug. feel free to re-open again if it starts to happen again.
