No Progress bar in CLI

Description
===========
A lot of CLI steps require time. As Operator I would like to see the progress for commands such as "openstack overcloud container image upload" rather than guessing what's in progress now.

Steps to reproduce
==================
Run
openstack overcloud container image upload

Expected result
===============
See the output after every successful/unsuccessful upload

Actual result
=============
No output
