[queens][ci] The template version is invalid: "heat_template_version: queens"

After merging this patch: https://review.openstack.org/#/c/500451/ the heat_template_version has been updated for all heat templates inside tripleo-heat-templates from pike to queens.

The upgrades job is still using the pingtest validation step, which is failing when creating the pingtest stack because the heat template version is not the expected:

Yeahp there is something definitely wrong, I have a pike Undercloud failing with:
