Bug Description

Default deploys will output the overcloud rc to ".overcloudrc" - however, if you change the stack name it will be ".<STACK_NAME>rc". This is confusing if you don't expect it.

Adding the rc file path to the output after a deploy will make discovery easier.

Output the location of the overcloud rc file

As the rc file is based on the stack name, it isn't always obvious where
it will be. This change adds to the output at the end of a deploy to let
the user know where it is located.
