logrotate ignores apache logs in /var/log/containers/httpd

Bug Description

The logrotate configuration rotate logs matching the following glob:

/var/log/containers/*/*.log

https://github.com/openstack/puppet-tripleo/blob/70987c80c1212e0ad50c4a7600cbf1665f673cc2/templates/logrotate/containers_logrotate.conf.erb#L1

This leave out all the apache logs in /var/log/containers/httpd/<service>.
