The “Parameters updated” notification after each change in number of nodes assigned could get overwhelming. I’d suggest removing it, this will be assumed after the modal is closed.

Steps to reproduce
==================

* Log in to UI.
* Select "Edit Configuration" in step 2.
* Make any configuration changes, click Save.
* See notification pop up after any saves made.

Expected result
===============
There will be no notification that pops up on save.

Actual result
=============
A notification pops up each time a parameter is changed and the user clicks save.
