[RFE] TripleO should report IP addresses used on each host post-deployment

TripleO automatically deploys networking for OpenStack servers, and in the default case uses Neutron to assign IPs to hosts semi-randomly. One of the first questions after deployment is "what IPs are my servers using?"

It would be ideal if tripleo-client reported on the IP assignments at the end of the deployment. The following command will report the IP addresses used:

openstack stack output show overcloud HostsEntry -c output_value -f value
10.8.146.6 overcloud.ctlplane.localdomain
10.8.145.13 overcloud.localdomain
172.17.0.17 overcloud.internalapi.localdomain
172.18.0.13 overcloud.storage.localdomain
172.21.2.18 overcloud.storagemgmt.localdomain

If the tripleo-client executed this command and wrote the output to the deployment log, this would aid in troubleshooting and validation.
