Description

The “Refresh Results” link can be removed. Since we have the state updating automatically now, it’s not needed and we can rely on the browser refresh for a typical page refresh. This will reduce clutter on the screen.
Steps to reproduce

* Login to UI.
* Navigate to Nodes List view.
Expected result
===============
"Refresh Results" link have been removed.
Actual result
=============
"Refresh Result" link exists, but should be removed.
