Reason: This is an issue with some logs and not with others

Abandoned https://review.openstack.org/519739 - fixed the extra spacing in some logs and then was one space short in other logs.

Since for the majority of jobs:
 - on RDO Cloud
 - donwstream
 - ci.centos

the logo renders correctly, I would propose closing this bug out.
