Bug Description
Dear Stacker,
There's apparently an issue when we want to enable fluentd logging in TripleO for Pike: there isn't any fluentd package available.
After a quick chat on #tripleo with Steven (shardy), it appears there's a missing source list :
baseurl=http://
After some more discussion, it seems it might be configured by quickstart - and it's not enabled with the "manual" install using base tripleo and openstack overcloud deploy thing.
This might point to an issue in the CI pipeline not checking the presence of the source nor package.
Would be good to correct that :).
Thank you!
Cheers,
C.

Apparently, installing centos- release- opstools adds and activate the source - I've added that in a customized fluentd-base.yaml file, let's see if this does the trick.
