Scenario002 containers fails configuring zaqar

The gate-tripleo-ci-centos-7-scenario002-multinode-oooq-container CI job currently fails to configure the zaqar container:

"Error: Evaluation Error: Error while evaluating a Function Call, Could not find data item mongodb_node_ips in any Hiera data file and no default supplied at /etc/puppet/modules/tripleo/manifests/profile/base/zaqar.pp:93:44 on node centos-7-2-node-citycloud-kna1-10796877-875126.localdomain",

This is likely due to removing the containerized mongodb service from docker.yaml in https://review.openstack.org/#/c/500646/.

    Use containerized mongodb in scenario002-multinode-containers

    The containerized mongodb service was removed from the default service
    list from 'environments/docker.yaml' in
    Ie09ce2a52128eef157e4d768c1c4776fc49f2324. This commit re-enable the
    containerized mongodb in scenario002-multinode-containers.
