New version of puppet-rabbitmq adds new dependency for puppet/archive when installing modules from source

I am continue to deployment undercloud ,

exec "openstack undercloud install " to deployment undercloud

but it's failed.

appears to new bug logs:

Error: Evaluation Error: Error while evaluating a Function Call, Could not find class ::archive for undercloud.domain.com at /etc/puppet/modules/rabbitmq/manifests/install/rabbitmqadmin.pp:4:3 on node undercloud.domain.com

If you're using sources for the puppet module, it was updated yesterday to swap out puppet/staging for puppet/archive. https://github.com/voxpupuli/puppet-rabbitmq/commit/f223f66894e5e948bcd2cf05d7beaa911605b3ff This shouldn't affect package based installations because we're using a version of 5.6.0 i believe https://github.com/redhat-openstack/rdoinfo/blob/master/rdo.yml#L746

This seems to be still an issue running when puppetlabs_rabbitmq =source, fails with same error.

This bug affects all repo, not just consistent.

I get this with RHOSP 12 / RHOSP 13.
