sample composable roles missing docker services

Bug Description

The sample roles provided as part of Pike are missing the required Docker service to work with containers. Specifically the Database, IronicCOnductor, Messaging, Networker and Telemetry roles do not have OS::TripleO::Services::Docker included in their definitions.

    Add missing Docker service

    The example composable roles are missing the docker service declaration
    so they currently do not work when trying to deploy with containerized
    services.
