Ocata -> Pike: 500 error upon horizon login

Dear Stacker,

While attempting to upgrade our Ocata lab to Pike, we encountered an error (see #1712974 for details).

I'm not sure the Horizon error is directly related - might be corrected when we can tackle down the other bug, allowing the migration to finish properly.

Upon (successful) authentication, we get a 500 error, and the following back trace is in horizon logs:

Removing package openstack-manila-ui-2.10.2-0.20170822112708.b1605a4.el7.centos.noarch fixed this issue.

Deployment was done with the following options:

openstack overcloud deploy --template $THT -e ./environment.yaml \
  -e ./openstack-tripleo-heat-templates/environments/tls-endpoints-public-dns.yaml \
  -e ./openstack-tripleo-heat-templates/environments/puppet-ceph.yaml \
  -e ./openstack-tripleo-heat-templates/environments/hyperconverged-ceph.yaml

Cedric, do you still see this issue after https://bugs.launchpad.net/kolla/+bug/1723929 was fixed? I have not been able to reproduce the issue with current code.
