Bug Description

As first discussed at https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1476811 - in IPv6 env the O..P upgrade fail on converge because rabbit can't start (epmd related see the bz for more info and logs). The error looks like:

 43130 Jul 31 13:05:17 controller-1 pacemaker_remoted[386425]: notice: rabbitmq_stop_0:514:stderr [ * unable to connect to epmd (port 4369) on controller-1: address (cannot connect to host/port) ]$
